About Fully Booked Trades

Fully Booked Trades is a free weekly email for people who own or run a trade shop: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, garage door, and small general contractors and remodelers, from one truck to fifty employees.

Every Tuesday you get one workflow your office can set up that week, step by step, plus what changed in your software, the rules you work under, storm activity and material prices, and one number worth acting on. It takes about five minutes to read.

What you won't get

No hype, no tech jargon, and no "AI will run your business for you." If a tool only makes sense for a 40-truck shop, we'll say so. If something costs more than it saves, we'll say that too. Every claim links to where it came from.

How it's made

Honestly: Fully Booked Trades is researched and drafted with the help of AI. It reads the trade press, software release notes, government rule notices and owner discussions every week and pulls out what matters for a shop. Then a human reads every issue, checks it against the sources and edits it before it goes out. Nothing is sent without that review.

Who runs it

I'm Paul. I run Rocky Mountain Apps, where I build software for trade and home-service businesses, including SavedJob (texts back missed calls), Peak COI (subcontractor insurance tracking) and Lineitemly (insurance claim supplements).
